Workshop: Media Toolkit - From a Fundamental Rights Angle

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

The European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA), a Vienna-based agency of the European Union, presents the Media Toolkit, a project being developed by journalists for journalists. Together with the participants, the FRA team will use a news example to analyse how to better reflect on the cardinal principles of journalism, such as truth and accuracy, fairness and impartiality, humanity (being aware of the impact of our words or images on others), and accountability. The discussion at this session will help to provide feedback for the development of an online educational platform to be included in the Toolkit.
